Check-in Policy
Due to the requirements of Decree 6,022 of January 22, 2007 and Regulation - RFB No. 1,052 of July / 2010, to check in it is necessary that the following data on the accommodation form be filled in properly: Full name, CPF (Passport in the case of foreigners), full address, zip code, telephone number with area code and email. In the case of companions (extra guest) a fee of R$ 57.50 per night will be charged.

Minors Accommodation Policy
By determination of Federal Law No. 8,069, of 07/13/1990, we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age, unless accompanied by their parents or guardian. If the minor is accompanied only by his or her guardian, it will be necessary to present at check-in a document authorizing the minor's accommodation, made in writing and signed by the parents, with notarized signatures. Regardless of any other provision, all minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age must present, at check-in, a photo ID proving their identity and affiliation, even if accompanied by their parents.

No Show Policy
For guaranteed reservations, the guest's failure to show up on the day of booking will result in payment of the stipulated fine of 01 (one) daily rate, except for periods of Holidays, Carnival, Christmas, New Year's Eve and High Season, in which a fine will be charged for the full period of the reservation. .

Cancellation Policy
Guaranteed reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours (twenty-four hours) before check-in, otherwise they will be charged. The amounts paid cannot be used for accommodation on other dates. All non-guaranteed reservations will be valid until 6pm on the day of check-in. If the guest does not arrive by the scheduled time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. For the High Season, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival periods, the prepaid amount will only be refunded for written cancellation requests from the customer and with confirmation from the hotel, respecting the following conditions: 100% refund of the amount paid for cancellations up to 7 days after the first payment (Art. 49 - Consumer Protection Code), after this period a fine will be charged for the entire period of the reservation (no refund).
